More about us ↓
Our approach is based on years of experience working in corporate and non-profit environments, sitting on boards, leading teams and driving change for our organizations.
We combine our practical experience with the leading research and data on organizational and human performance. We emphasize the cultural and people aspects of any challenge factoring the values and priorities of the stakeholders – managers, front-line workers, customers, suppliers, etc. – to develop a roadmap or path towards growth and improvement.
Our name, Sabeel, is an Arabic word that means “way”, “path”, “road”, or “route”. Our goal is to provide consulting services, leadership training, and skills development to help organizations and leaders identify the path or route through difficulties and challenges and towards their vision and goals.

Work collaboratively to develop a shared vision and mission that can rally the entire organization on a focused target.
